First things first.
Slingshot has been the leader in the industry for getting new riders into foiling.
The Hoverglide system was a great system for learning and progressing.
Then….the addition of the Phantasm Carbon system really set Slingshot ablaze with new and great carbon products.
The only hurdle was the two systems were not fully compatible.
Slingshot is no longer making the Hoverglide products.
They are moving everything over to the Phantasm platform of products.
1) The Quickstart products in the Phantasm line-up are at the same prices as the Hoverglide. Crazy.
2) Going forward, the new Phantasm Quickstart packages are taking the best Front wings in the phantasm line-up and making the new package very very affordable. I’m very impressed with the new foils being offered in these packages.
3) Everything is modular and compatible and you don’t need a new fuselage when going from Aluminum to Carbon.
4) Plug and play at your leisure.
The wake foil package includes the E866 front wing which is a new wing from Slingshot that’s perfect for wake foiling.
Add this board and you have the complete package.

Pair with our Phantasm E866 front wing and PS 400 stabilizer on a 710 mm fuse and you’ve got one of the most stable and predictable foils we’ve ever built – start here to master flight, agility and pumping with plenty of room for progression down the road.
WF-2 V5 4’6″ BOARD
Equipped with a 72cm full carbon mast and paired with the most user-friendly and versatile E 866 front wing, this foil package is perfectly balanced for the best of all worlds from learning to gliding, carving, and pumping. Paired with a PS400 stabilizer that’s mounted on the 710 mm fuselage, it achieves steady flight at surprisingly slow speeds, taking the fear out of learning to fly for almost every foiler.
